GreenEarthX builds digital planning and orchestration software for sustainable fuel project developers: the teams producing hydrogen, ammonia, methanol, kerosene, and other low-carbon fuels. We exist because the way these projects are planned today is too slow, too fragmented, and too expensive. We bring engineering, economics, and regulation into one environment, so developers reach FID with less risk and less sunk cost.

The gap we exist for
In 2024, 96% of sustainable fuel projects never reached Final Investment Decision. Planning a plant is a multi-year chain: concept, feasibility, pre-FEED, FEED, permitting, FID. Along the way, tools disconnect, updates break, and trust erodes. We build the layer that holds it together.

Is it actually built?
Yes. Green Fuel Plant Builder and Truzzt are shipped and in active use with pilot partners. The compliance module is in development with our first cohort.
Who is it for?
Sustainable fuel project developers planning pre-FID plants, plus the investors, offtakers, and auditors who need to trust them.
How is it different from Aspen Plus or LCA tools?
Those tools specialize in one domain and digital continuity stops at their boundary. We keep technical, economic, environmental, regulatory, and financial layers in one coherent plant model.
Do you use blockchain?
Yes. Truzzt anchors every validation to the Hedera ledger, so claims have a tamper-proof history.
How long does it take a developer to get value?
A plant can be modeled and checked within a working session. The biggest time saving comes on the first plant change that no longer requires re-entering every model by hand.
